Vincent M. Oddo
Co-Founder & Managing partner
Vincent has spent his 30+ year career starting, managing and investing in private and public growth companies in the telecom and technology industries. He leads PointFour’s investment activities.
Vincent most recently served from 2018 - 2022 as President & CEO of Lingo Communications, a leading global Cloud/UC and managed service provider to the business, carrier, and consumer markets. He previously served as the President and CEO of Birch Communications a large IP-Based Communications and Cloud Services Provider for 13 years until 2016. He began his career at an AT&T predecessor company and has worked with many leading-edge entrepreneurial firms over the past 30 years. Vincent received his BA and MPA in Management from Long Island University.
Marlene Oddo
Co-Founder & Partner
Marlene has spent her 30-year business career starting, managing and investing in private and public growth companies. She is a member of PointFour’s Investment Committee.
Marlene served as the founder and President of Noelle International, Ltd an e-commerce retail business. Prior to that she was founder and President of Marvin Associates, Inc., a financial services business. She began her business career at an AT&T predecessor company. Marlene is a graduate of The State University of New York.
Jennifer Oddo
Director, marketing, Communications & community
Jennifer has spent her 15-year business career managing marketing and community projects for both public, private and charitable organizations. Past clients include Pfizer Animal Health, Verizon, UPS, Merck Animal Health, LongHorn Steakhouse, and the Arthritis Foundation, among others. Jennifer manages the branding, marketing, communications strategy, and community outreach.
Jennifer received her BS in Business with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of South Carolina. She has a certificate in Digital Marketing from Emory University. In addition, she also has holds a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Daniel Oddo
Director financial analysis
Daniel has spent his 10-year business career in financial analysis and forecasting. He helps advise PointFour’s Investment Committee. Previously, he worked as a financial analyst in the Corporate Development department at Birch Communications, LLC and as a financial analyst at an investment management firm in New York. Daniel’s meticulous attention to detail and his industry knowledge make him a great asset to our firm.
Daniel received his BS in Business from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
